We are currently seeking a Full-time Hybrid/In-Person Licensed Psychologist, Limited Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Limited Licensed Professional Counselor to provide additional services and expertise to our rapidly growing practice. Read the qualifications for the position below. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Currently licensed (or license-eligible) as a psychologist, LPC or LLP.

  • Experience in providing culturally affirming, trauma-informed psychotherapy

(individual and couples/relational therapy) to adults and/or children.

  • Exceptional generalist clinical training including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment within a client-centered, trauma-informed intersectional framework.

  • Commitment to cultural humility and inclusive psychotherapy that honors intersectional identities.

  • Excellent organizational, clinical judgment, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using electronic health records ethically and effectively.

  • Highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Five or more years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient/private practice setting. 

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of integrated team.

  • Ability to balance work and self-care to maintain a positive mental attitude.

  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and engagement with psychological science and practice groups.

Preliminary Phone Screening

We’ll schedule a 30-minute phone screening to learn more about your experience and interests.

Steady Referrals

We manage marketing and networking to help you quickly build a full caseload.

Simplified Payment Structure and Billing Services

We are contracted with many insurances and offer an out-of-network/self-pay option as needed. We have a wonderful billing team, eliminating insurance billing stress.

Compensation for Continuing Education

Receive up to $300 per year for continuing education credits.

Office Space

Therapists in the Grand Rapids area can enjoy a beautifully appointed office with a welcoming waiting room and client and clinician amenities.

Interview and Case Conceptualization

Participate in an in-person or video-conference interview, including a brief case conceptualization.

References and Credential Check

We’ll complete a comprehensive reference, background, and credential check before making a final decision.
